Wooohoooo! Finally free from a super busy semester!

No new posts since spring break, so I guess I'll start posting to get the ball rolling.

This past weekend I went to fanime for the first time with my sister and her friend. It was fun.. :)
This is a picture of the three of us with what we were wearing last Sunday (except I didn't wear the minnie mouse's ears and ribbon cause I didn't have one).

#7 Rubilax

It's been a while.
Thought I would drop off a small WIP of a 3D model.
Rubilax is a demonic sword from the French cartoon, "Wakfu".
I'm using the bottom image as reference.

Taking a break from painting the kitchen. I did this drawing in SHM figure drawing session this past Thursday, and painted it in photoshop in about half an hour. Back to the kitchen now.. :)

#12 bruce

I based this painting of a photograph of my aunt's dog named Bruce who has passed away about two years ago. I drew it in photoshop, and started painting it using different opacities. This time I took the line drawing off, to force myself to do a tighter painting. I did this in about an hour.

#11 wushu 2

I did another wushu gesture study in approximately 40 minutes. I think this one turns out better than before cause I used thinner line for the drawing.

#10 wushu

I was very inspired by the dynamic poses from wushu figure drawing session I attended last Friday, and decided to paint one of the poses. Something quick and gestural. Playing with different opacity of the brush, a new technique I just learned from Sy :) thanks.
