So I finally got the chances to play with the skin color of her face. I fixed the ear serveral time and the hair. I will try to do the rest another time.
Looking good so far, man. I think the ear is still kinda small and I also want to suggest exaggerating the values, since you're experimenting and all. Get some more contrast in there and soften your lines for some pop.
